01 — Problem
In hypercasual, a prototype has to prove its metrics in test markets quickly. The squad-themed core loop needed to be easy to iterate on and stay performant across the device range.
02 — Solution
Shaped the core loop in Unity through short iterations — squad mechanic, level flow, UI and monetization were built as independent modules so the team could pivot gameplay weekly. Mobile-first optimization decisions on shaders, draw calls and texture atlases kept the device range happy.
03 — Outcome
Shipped on iOS and Android, becoming one of the tested titles in Ace Games' hypercasual portfolio.
